Requirements
The Public Enterprise City Parking- Skopje offers privileges to certain categories of customers, such as residents and employees. The other categories of customers have the right to apply if they are interested and if they meet the requirements. To apply just fill in the REQUEST- AGREEMENT FILE (please print it on one piece of paper i.e. both-sided), and submit the required documents, according to the category:
1. Category RESIDENT
- Personal Identity Card
- Vehicle Registration Document
For this parking permit, the address of the applicant's Identity Card and the Vehicle Registration Document must be identical to the address of the parking lot/ parking zone. If the vehicle is leased then the stated address in the lease agreement must be identical to the address of the parking lot and if the Identity Card address and the address of the parking lot are not identical, then lease agreement is required. The decision for residential parking permits is one flat- two cars.
2. Category EMPLOYEE
- Personal Identity Card
- Vehicle Registration Document
- Confirmation of permanent employment
- Form M1-M2
- Current state from the Central Registry of Republic of Macedonia.
For this parking permit, the address of the legal entity, where the applicant is employed, must be identical to the address of the parking lot.

- Request letter addressed to the Public Enterprise City Parking - Skopje
Every legal entity that is interested in the parking services of specific parking lot may apply.
2. MONTHLY/ ANNUAL PARKING PERMISSION
- Personal Identity Card
- Vehicle Registration Document
Every customer that is interested and needs to use the services of the Enterprise i.e. the parking zones and lots, has the right to apply and if he/she meets the requirement will acquire the parking permission.
3. Category PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
- Personal Identity Card
- Vehicle Registration Documents
- Decision on the degree of disability issued by competent authority.
- Confirmation from a doctor
- Membership in the National Council of Disability Organizations of Macedonia.
The persons with disabilities i.e. persons with confirmed: dystrophy, dialysis, cerebral palsy, paraplegia, polio, multiple sclerosis and amputation of limb, that are determined with Article 108, Item 8 within the Law on Public Roads ("Official Gazette of Republic of Macedonia" No. 26/96; 40/99; 96/00; 29/02; 68/04; 31/06) gain free of charge parking services on the parking zones and lots managed by the Enterprise (Article 6, within the Decision on Service Price by the Public Enterprise City Parking- Skopje).
